15. Within 30 days preceding the end of the reference period, the Chamber must send a notice to each representative who has not accumulated the number of PDUs required under section 3 and informs him of the consequences provided for under the second paragraph of section 218 of the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services (chapter D-9.2) and under sections 57 and 63 of the Regulation respecting the issuance and renewal of representatives’ certificates (chapter D-9.2, r. 7).

15.
